Ashley Rose, Co-Chair
A dedicated and accomplished individual, she is a college graduate of the University of Phoenix with a dual focus in Human Resource Management and Business Administration. A proud mother of two, she balances family life with a dynamic career as a futures trader, bringing over five years of experience to the financial markets. Her passion for learning and exploration has made her well-traveled, enriching her global perspective. Deeply community-oriented, she is committed to making a positive impact through service, leadership, and civic engagement.
Stanley Ferol, Director & Co-Chair
Stanley J. Ferol is the CEO of Growth Fortune LLC, doing business as Tax Check; Ferol Group LLC; and Belle Social Resources LLC—companies that have attracted clients who value expert service in financial management, insurance, and social services. Known for his strategic vision and strong leadership, Stanley has built a diverse portfolio of successful ventures that combine financial expertise with community impact.
Stanley's entrepreneurial journey began in 2009 when he co-founded Cinqtech, a telecommunications company. His drive for innovation and excellence led him to establish Belle Social Resources in 2010, a New York State–funded agency that provides long-term care services to senior citizens through Medicaid and Medicare.
In 2013, Stanley invested in a Liberty Tax franchise, expanding it to four locations across New York City. After exiting the franchise in 2015, he founded Growth Fortune LLC, doing business as Tax Check—his own tax preparation and insurance brand. In 2018, he further expanded into the insurance industry by acquiring an Allstate Insurance agency.
Earlier in his career, Stanley served as Chief Financial Officer of an internet technology company, where he oversaw global telecom operations and helped scale the company from $500,000 to $3 million in gross revenue within a year.
Stanley's business acumen also extends into real estate investment. He purchased his first property in Nassau County, NY, in 2007 and has since acquired rental and investment properties in Cleveland, Baltimore, Tampa, Pennsylvania, and internationally in the Dominican Republic.
Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Stanley migrated to the United States at age 12. He completed middle school in New Jersey, graduated from high school in New York City, and earned his Bachelor of Science from Hunter College in 2001. He later pursued graduate studies in Corporate Finance at Baruch College.
Stanley Ferol is widely respected as a results-driven leader who consistently blends financial growth with social responsibility.
Todd Miranda, NYS Director
Director of the Freeport Chapter has held numerous leadership roles both locally and statewide within the real estate industry. He began serving the community in 1988, the year he earned his real estate license. Todd is the Managing Broker of Todd Eliott Real Estate, based in Freeport, NY.
Many may also remember him as the former Owner and Operator of The Salty Dog Bar and Grille in Levittown, NY. Currently, Todd serves as the New York State Executive Director of the National Small Business Chamber of Commerce.
A dedicated volunteer and community advocate, Todd is a USA Boxing–Certified Instructor who offers free boxing lessons to local youth. He is also a former Silver Glove Winner in the New York State Golden Gloves.
In addition, Todd hosts his podcast, "The ToddCast," on WGBB 1240 AM—Long Island’s oldest radio station—airing Saturdays from 8–10 PM and Sundays from 10–11 AM.
In 2018, he founded the Battered Women and Children Foundation in honor of his late mother, who was a survivor of domestic violence.
